PRO Finance GmbH naturally offers attractive daily rates for the services of Interim Manager, Project Manager or Consultant. Alternatively, you can also specifically select the new fully performance based Best Value Guarantee compensation model for our deployment as Interim Manager or Project Manager. Your company is therefore not exposed to any risk whatsoever.

Depending on the work required, PRO Finance GmbH will make you an attractive daily rate offer for Interim Management and Project Management services.

Best Value Guarantee

With our Best Value Guarantee we offer you a fully performance-based compensation model. That means your company is not exposed to any risk whatsoever. The precise explanation is listed below.

The Best Value Guarantee is simple:

1. Agreement on the daily rate

After agreeing on the daily rate, we use a Quick Performance Scan to determine to internal and external potential for improvement and cost savings in your company. You decide when it comes to implementation and prioritisation.

2. Fully performance based invoicing

Total compensation for Interim Manager / Project Managers compared to cost savings and improvements. Should the internal as well as external improvements and cost savings initiated and implemented, projected on an annual basis, not exceed the total fee payable for the deployment of the Interim Management or project leadership on the part of PRO Finance GmbH, you are compensated for the difference.

3. No risk for your company

There is therefore no risk for your company, all the way up to the final invoice, since the discounts on the daily rates can be used.

4. Fair distribution of extra profit

Should the internal as well as external improvements and cost savings initiated and implemented, projected on an annual basis exceed the total fee payable for the deployment of the Interim Management or project leadership on the part of PRO Finance GmbH, the extra earnings are distributed among the two parties on a 50/50 basis.

5. Fully performance-based compensation

The best case scenario is that, apart from a free deployment of the Interim Managers or project leader on the part of PRO Finance GmbH, an additional profit is achieved. We allow ourselves to be measured by our results. Everything is contractually agreed in a transparent and clear manner for both parties to the contract.
